The Learning Hub is a collaboration space for conducting various small training sessions, creative activities, workshops, viewing sessions, lectures, and presentations for members of the institution.
How to book the Learning Hub
1. The Learning Hub must be reserved at least two (2) working days in advance. The system shall accept one (1) reservation at a time.
2. Use the
button to view space availability for a specific date. Use the next (>) and previous (<) buttons to navigate ahead and back one date at a time.
3. Scroll through the list below to choose which space you would like to reserve.
4. Click on an open time slot to create a booking starting at that time. Below the availability grid, use the dropdown menu to select a different end time between the minimum and maximum durations.
To pick a different start time, click on the trash can (
) button and click on a different open slot in the grid. The Learning Hub may be used up to 8 hours.
5. Click on the Submit Times button.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday and Holiday: Closed
